When will I receive my Virtual Tour?
Virtual Tours are created within 48 hours of your listing going live in the MLS. You will receive and announcement email with links to the tours and many other features.

What are my payment options?
There are a variety of ways to pay for your service. You wll be electronically billed after your photos are ready. With this you can elect to pay online (a link will be provided with bill) or by check. I also subscibe to Intuit Go-Payment, therefore I can process your credit card onsite if you prefer.
I am taking a listing today, how fast can I schedule you to take photos?
In some cases, same or next day services are available, but it is always best to schedule your photos 48 hourse in advance.

How long with it take for you to send my photos to me?
24 hours is what I promise, but I can usually deliver them to you faster!
How do you deliver the images to me?
I prefer using a program called Dropbox. If you would like to receive them another way, I can always send them via email, or mail a CD to you with the images on it.

How long does the shoot take?
It depends on a few factors, but the average home shoot takes approximately 45 mintues to an hour.

How many photos will I receive?
You will receive the most, if not all, of the photos I take. It varies on the optimal images from home to home.
