How long until I should receive my order?
An average of 2-5 days till shipping. This is the average time, although orders could take longer during holiday times, please leave ample time when placing order during these times.
Do you take requests for custom made items?
SDDS is happy to develop a custom item/product for you. All items or products developed by SDDS become the sole property of Sand Dollar Design Studio exclusively.
Do you have a store location I can shop at?
SDDS does sell wholesale to legitimate businesses with a valid online site or brick and mortar store. Wholesale information is obtained by making a request via the link on this website.
Do you ship internationally?

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
SDDS does not take returns or offer exchanges on products. Please be aware of this prior to purchase. SDDS will be happy to sell a sample of a scent or product if needed. SDDS is always happy to questions about our products just CONTACT US.
