Since your items are all hand mixed and made to order, how long will it take to produce my order to ship?

An average of 2-5 days till shipping. This is the average time, although orders could take longer during holiday times, please leave ample time when placing order during these times.

Do you take requests for custom made items or scents?

QBA is happy to develop a custom product or scent for you. All scents or products developed by QBA become the sole property of Queen Bee Apothecary, LLC exclusively.

Do you sell Wholesale?

QBA does sell wholesale to legitimate businesses with a valid online site or brick and mortar store. Wholesale information is obtained by making a request via the link on this website.

Do you ship internationally?

If you are interested in international shipping, please CONTACT QBA via this site.

Do you take returns or exchanges?

QBA does not take returns or offer exchanges on products. Please be aware of this prior to purchase. QBA will be happy to sell a sample of a scent or product if needed. QBA is always happy to questions about our products just CONTACT US.

Can I resale your products?

I will be happy to work with legitimate business for resale. All items sold must be sold with my original Queen Bee Apothecary labeling. Queen Bee Apothecary products are not allowed to be resold without permission.
