Timeliness is expected and appreciated. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and you will still be billed the full price for the scheduled service.
Cancellations & 24 Hour Rebooking Window
Cancellations or rescheduling without 24 hours notice given will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee while “no shows” will be charged 100%. Clients will be required to have a credit card on file and must pay before being allowed to rebook. Please understand your appointment time is reserved for you. When you candle it without proper notice I am unable to book that time spot and miss out on giving that time to a paying clients.
Payment Options
Lux Beauty Lounge uses Square Card Reader that accepts all major credit cards, as well as cash. By scheduling your appointment you are agreeing to pay all fees and dues after services are rendered.
Refunds & Return
Lux Beauty Lounge does not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for services rendered or products sold. Do health and sanitation all sales are final on retail products unless defective, then it will be replaced.
Children
Due to safety and liability considerations children may not accompany you to your appointment, as I cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
